User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate medical information
- Attend scheduled appointments
- Follow healthcare provider instructions
- Seek emergency care when appropriate
You may not use our platform for any of the following:
- Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
- Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code
- Spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping
Booking Policy
- Appointments are subject to healthcare provider availability
- Confirmation is required within 24 hours
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before appointment
- No-show fees may apply as per provider policy
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment
- Late cancellations may incur fees
- Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case
- Providers may cancel due to emergencies
In no event shall MapleIME, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages.
Medical Emergency Disclaimer
MapleIME is not intended for medical emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US) immediately.
Limitation Scope
- Platform availability and uptime
- Third-party healthcare provider actions
- Data transmission errors
- Technical malfunctions
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
Grounds for Termination
- Breach of Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of platform or other users
- Non-payment of fees
Effect of Termination
- Immediate loss of access to services
- Cancellation of pending appointments
- Data retention as per privacy policy
- Outstanding obligations remain in effect
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.

- 30 days advance notice for material changes
- Email notification to registered users
- Platform banner for significant updates
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
